Lowell Catholic is looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Finance Associate to join our Finance team. The Bookkeeper/Finance Associate position is a part time/full year position (including summer). This role will support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities: Record financial transactions and maintain bookkeeping records Manage accounts payable Reconcile bank statements and company accounts Assist with weekly and monthly financial reports Maintain organized financial documentation Requirements Degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) Strong attention to detail and Excel skills If you're organized, analytical, and enjoy working with numbers, we’d love to hear from you.
