Long-term Substitute Teacher - Spanish

$27.00 - $32.00 hourly

Job Description

Archbishop Williams High School, a Catholic, co-educational, Grade 7-12 college preparatory school located in Braintree, is seeking a dynamic, mission driven long-term substitute teacher of Spanish for the 2026-2027 school year. We anticipate the position to begin in the Fall 2026 and extend through the Winter 2027. As a long-term substitute, the ideal candidate would be able to teach all levels, Spanish I through Spanish IV, college preparatory through honors.

We seek "warm demanders" who can build relationships with students, while preparing them for the rigors of our high school curriculum. This is an incredible opportunity to work in a cohesive, highly collaborative department with strong support structures for faculty.

Over the past 10 years, AWHS has become the leading co-educational Catholic high school on the South Shore of Boston. We have invested over $20 million in the school as our enrollment has grown to full capacity -- with a waitlist at every grade level. Proud of its heritage and Catholic identity, AWHS is a place where truly "the love of Christ drives us on."
